The Halifax Magic Club
What was once a gathering of like minded misfits in a basement has grown over the past 40 years to become the Halifax Magic Club.
The original club, known as Conjuror's Court, hosted lectures from across the globe, produced yearly shows and was a meeting place for many magicians from near and far. Post covid the group wanted to clear up a few misconceptions so a name change became necessary. We don't have a king and although conjuring is in fact the correct word for what we do, it is not great for brand recognition. Hence the new name, The Halifax Magic Club.
We meet monthly and produce multiple shows a year to create performance opportunities for our membership. One does not have to be a professional, or even proficient magician to join our club, all it takes is a love of magic and the desire to learn and grow.
